This tutorial is of my own creation. I am using PSP2019. Please leave a thanks when downloading. If I am using a template, I always start at the bottom and work my way up. If using a FTU or PTU tube - please don't use without proper copyright. Always drop shadow as you go. If you try one of my tuts, I would love to display it on my blog....thanks

Open template and delete copyright layer
Image/canvas size/800x800
P7 - apply mask/merge group/erase info at bottom/send to bottom
**you will have to hit "invert" when applying the mask**
Center the mask
E183 - resize 80%
Raster9 & copy - p2
Raster6 - flood fill
Raster7 - p13
Raster 8 - select all/float/modify/expand by 3/new raster layer/flood fill white
Add noise of choice
Click on raster 4 - p5
Frame6 - resize 60%
Raster2 - p3
Raster10 & copy - flood fill
Rotate both right by 20
E196 - resize 15%
Duplicate/mirror
Raster's 11 & 12 - flood fill
Raster3 - flood fill (expand by 1)
E181 - resize 65%
Position tube
E81 - resize 30%
E62 - resize 25%
E80 - resize 15%
E137 - resize 20%
Image/free rotate right by 20
E15 - resize 30%
Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright
