This tutorial is of my own creation. I am using PSP2019. Please leave a thanks when downloading.  If I am using a template, I always start at the bottom and work my way up. Open template and delete copyright layer 

Raster1 - ldd_pp

DAD_6 - resize 60%

E2 by tiggy - resize 70%

Duplicate/mirror

Sand

The frames - p11

Add an inner bevel

All grey squares - p of choice

Position your tubes

I added Xero porcelain to mine

Frame3 by Bee - resize 20% and position on frames

Block trio's - p7

Add an inner bevel

Swirls 1&2 - add noise

IDD wa7 - resize 35%

DAD221 - resize 50%

Photo anchor - resize 25%

DAD 321 - resize 25%

Seashell1 - resize 50%

IDD3 - resize 30%

IDD1 - resize 30%

Summer flip flop - resize 20%

Outer frame - p7

Inner bevel

Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright
