Open template and delete copyright layer and word arts

Apply mask/merge group/send to bottom

Lg frame - paper-3

 All frames - flood fill

Arrow frame1 - resize 95%

Frame fills - papers of choice

Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright
