Open template and delete copyright layer
Stacked template - resize 80%
Copy merged and paste to template/arrange/send to bottom
Rectangle background - p30
E93 - resize 40%
Bottom star - p23
3 frames - fill color of choice
Add glass effect
Center background - p23
Top background - p30
Position tube -I resized by 55%
E92 - resize 40%
Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright
