I made these cluster frames & clusters using the kit Bite! by Tiny Turtle Designs. it is a great black & white kit from TTD, perfect for Halloween! You can purchase the kit at the store here http://tinyturtledesigns.com/store/. There are many elements in the kit that can be used in place of a tube.
