December Taggers In The Spotlight!

  Each month our taggers are given the opportunity to submit one tag for consideration in our 'Taggers In The Spotlight' activity. At the end of the month, we spin the random number generator and the lucky winners gain their choice of a tag or scrapkit from PFD!
